2012 GMC Yukon Features and Options
The Yukon is an attractive vehicle, with a large, aggressive frame similar to its manufacturer relative, the Chevrolet Tahoe, but the GMC-branded grille and strong angles are signature details. The Yukon is available in three trims, the SLE, SLT and GMC's top-of-the-line Denali. The SLE and SLT have 17-inch alloy wheels, while the Denali has 20-inch aluminum wheels and unique styling cues. Cargo space is impressive at 109 inches with the third row removed, and the second row folds 60/40 with a power release. Because of its space, size and configurability, the Yukon's interior can be optimized for a variety of uses, filling the cabin with people, equipment or a combination of the two. A driver information center is standard across all trims, as are power locks and windows. The high-quality materials of the instrumentation panel and soft-touch areas are attractive perks, and an easy-to-use optional navigation system rounds out the dashboard.
