GREAT SERVICE AND THE BEST ADVISOR!!

Excellent care, even for our classic car. The mechanic (Nathan) and service advisor (Wayne) are very respectful, friendly, helpful, and competent.

Bought a vehicle that was from Virginia and had holes in the front bumper due to Virginia law am from NC and we don’t need a front bumper. They are close to NC so people may buy from there and do not want holes in the front bumper. So now I am stuck with a brand new truck with holes in the front bumper. They should not install the front plate until it is sold so now I am stuck with a new vehicle that has holes in the front bumper and I don’t want that.

On time, all work done as expected

Work completed on time as promised and to my complete satisfaction. Mid Point service department ids the best.
