I always have a good experience at Midpoint. The service department is top notch, and my service advisor, Wayne Cooper, can always get my car in for service according to my schedule. I like the "small town" atmosphere of Midpoint. The staff is always very friendly and courteous.

Excellent care, even for our classic car. The mechanic (Nathan) and service advisor (Wayne) are very respectful, friendly, helpful, and competent.

Bought a vehicle that was from Virginia and had holes in the front bumper due to Virginia law am from NC and we don’t need a front bumper. They are close to NC so people may buy from there and do not want holes in the front bumper. So now I am stuck with a brand new truck with holes in the front bumper. They should not install the front plate until it is sold so now I am stuck with a new vehicle that has holes in the front bumper and I don’t want that.
